SAM MEGALLI – MANAGING DIRECTOR/ LEADING PROJECT MANAGER

Sam is a Licensed builder with over 15 yrs of extensive experience in Project Management, first floor additions, renovations, extensions, structural repairs, rising damp, swimming pools, defect rectifications, BCA upgrades, underpinning and moisture resolution. Before starting Megabuild, Sam worked for many large organisations including Multiplex where he has gained experience in high rise residential construction, commercial construction and his specialty renovations and extensions. Sam is an expert in construction Management – he creates magic. When Sam is not obsessing over renovations and extensions, he goes to the gym, likes walking with his dog and spending time with his family.

He holds a Bachelor in Building.

ROLEN POURANVIEH – PROJECT MANAGER /CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Rolen is a project manager / construction site manager with over 20 years experience in all aspects of residential building projects and is a key member of our management team. With advanced technical knowledge and skills, Rolen has been effectively and extensively managing subcontractors, employees and labour in carrying out their duties and tasks in according to relevant scope of works, specifications, drawings, Australian Standards and regulations on multiple residential building projects. His duties also include coordination, implementation and maintenance of quality, safety and environmental aspects of projects. As well as, planning, programming, resource management, estimating, budget forecasting, cost management and contract administration.

Rolan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (in civil engineering) – MIE (Aust)

JULIE WAHBA – OFFICE MANAGER & WHS COORDINATOR

Julie has extensive experience as an office manager and is the first point of call when speaking to Megabuild.

Julie has field experience conducting workplace inspections on building and construction sites. Julie works alongside the team to ensure all projects are risk free.

Julie also coordinates all the office work, from invoices, to emails, general administration, marketing and all the behind the scenes coordination. She has experience in Human Resources, recruitment and Administration.

She holds a Bachelor of Psychology and Human Resources.

Certified WHS through Allianz.
