Rolen is a highly skilled Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of residential building and construction management. As a key member of the Megabuild management team, he plays a vital role in ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

With advanced technical knowledge and a strong background in civil engineering, Rolen expertly manages subcontractors, employees, and on-site labour to ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, Australian Standards, and building regulations.

Rolen’s strengths lie in planning, programming, resource allocation, and budget forecasting, as well as estimating, cost control, and contract administration. His proactive leadership style and detail-oriented approach ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.

In addition to his project oversight, Rolen is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the quality, safety, and environmental management systems across multiple residential projects—demonstrating his commitment to excellence in every phase of construction.
